I went in with two separate issues with my hands. Staff were very thorough investigating my issues. Dr Palazzo took the time to again insure treatment was appropriate. Great experience
Dr. Palazzo explains what to expect & what to do to stay healthy during the healing period.I am 70 years old and thought I might not heal quickly due to my age. This was not the case. I would definitely recommend Dr. Palazzo for reconstructive breast surgery.
Explained my situation.Very polite as well.
I waited 15 minutes to be called back, then one hour more before she came on. However, a Fellow did come in and chatted with me about 5-10 minutes after I got in the exam room. His bedside manner wasn’t very good as he didn’t maintain eye contact. When She came in she said there was confusion about if I wanted the injections or not. She always seems to be in a hurry, and perhaps rightfully so.
Dr. Palazzo is a very good surgeon. She has done both carpal tunnel surgeries for my wife and one wrist of mine. Each time has been a very efficient examination, scheduling, and surgery experience. I have my other wrist scheduled as well. I'd recommend her to all my family and friends.
The non-minority, non-ethnic or other culturally or linguistically distinct, middle-aged, English as a first language staff missed basic questions pertaining to safe use of equipment and were also generally unprofessional. There are some other considerations within the rating associated with this caption that pertain more to policy and procedural practice with regard to access to appropriate and effective care. My husband had a severe laceration to his hand. When we followed up with Dr. Palazzo she was very harried and spent the time looking briefly at the wound, talking about nerve regeneration. When asked questions her responses were very cursory and she really didn’t answer the questions. She stated that he should take off his brace a week later. We were not told if he should continue to wear a bandage, could shower without the brace or if there were any restrictions after taking the brace off. We were not told that his stitches... read more
