I do not recommend Dr Palazzo, she is uncaring and neglegent. My husband had thumb and pinky amputated, metal pins through 2 fingers, lacerations that she let get macerated, never told us how to care for his wounds, didn’t prescribed antibiotics when he clearly needed them, was hesitant in giving him pain medication that would work, and then told him he could return to work on one hand duty and rushed him into occupational therapy when it clearly was not time for that especially with the maceration. IGNORANT
The nurses and Dr Palazzo has always been so wonderful and caring about my recovery and has done everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and not having any problems!

I had to have an earring hole closed because it was close to torn. She closed it for me and told me what to expect. I went back and got it repierced with clear instructions. She is professional, friendly and thorough.
Layered staff involvement was excellent and efficient. I was interviewed by an Rn first, followed by a Fellow (Dr.), then by Dr. Pallazo & her Intern assistant. All were very helpful in isolating the issue. The X-ray techs did a great job in expediting the process.
Dr. Palazzo knew my problem without an Xray or CAT scan simply by looking at the injury. Surgery went as expected and almost done with therapy.
I had a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction, which Dr Palazzo performed. She is hands down one of my favorite doctors. She explains everything and makes sure that you understand before leaving her office. She is so knowledgeable and I love her sense of humor. I highly recommend Dr P.
Great experience. She was knowledgeable, caring, at most importantly, took time to explain and listen.
