Bed side manner could improve, felt talked down to. I felt like I was a bother more than a patient.
Dr. Palazzo did my breast reduction a few years ago. She was knowledgeable, confident, and very straightforward with me through every step of the process. I was so impressed with my first consultation, when I went to schedule the surgery I wanted to ensure she would personally be doing my surgery because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable with anyone else! I saw Dr. Palazzo twice in New Albany. It took six weeks to get an appointment the first time and four weeks the second time. However, once in the office, treatment was fast and complete. I would recommend this office to family and friends. I trust their knowledge and ability. Office and medical staff gets a shoutout as well. Thanks.
I went to see Dr. Palazzo about pain/numbness in my hands. After a shot in each wrist and braces to wear while sleeping; I had my first night’s sleep in months. Don’t know how it will last, but that one night worth it!
Dr. Palazzo always takes plenty of time to listen to and consider my symptoms, explain her diagnosis, present options, and propose a health treatment plan. Before surgery, she explains what will be done, the effect of the surgery on my injury, the amount of time needed to recover, and answers my questions. She is very pleasant and her treatments have been very helpful to me.
The receptionist was excellent. She went out of her way to get me in. Dr. Palazzo and her staff were informative and made me feel comfortable.
She always treats me with respect. And always listens to me.
She will spend as much time with you as you need. She is never in a hurry to be somewhere else. She will give you both the positive and negative so you can make an informed decision. Her staff is top notch and super friendly.
They did everything they could.
