The whole office staff is cold and rude with the exception of the nurses. We had the feeling that we were a disruption to her and the sooner she could cut off our concerns the sooner she could get us out. Will never go back.
Dr. Barnes has been my PCP for approximately five years. She is always helpful. She listens intently and spends more time with me than any of my prior doctors. She's caring and understanding and works with me to ensure I understand all aspects of my health. Over the last couple of years, I've had more reasons to visit the doc than ever before, and having her as my primary doctor has been critical. She and her team are amazing, and I'm so happy to be her patient.

Seems to have become overworked and too busy to devote enough time and attention to her patients. This has been a big change in last 2 years. She didn't use to be that way. She seems burned out. Sad, but becoming the norm now.
Dr Barnes has been my primary care doctor for several years. She is knowledgeable and I trust her advice. She is a good listener.
Dr. Barnes is honestly one of the best Primary Care Doctors I have ever seen. She listens and she cares. And if she can’t treat something she will send you to someone who can! I respect that a hundred percent. Her nursing staff is great. I highly recommend her to anyone that likes a doctor that is straightforward. She does not play games.
Dr. Barnes is amazing and her team is just as great!!! They all care and want to help. I won’t go anywhere else!!!
I love Dr. Barnes, she has been my primary for 3 years now and I have sent friends to her. She is direct which I like. I think complaints about the computer are unwarranted since physicians must now use the computer rather than notes to document visits. She has been very kind to me though some difficult times. I would give her a 5.
Not a good dr. I saw her for a yearly physical and got billed for "pain management " even though we never discussed any type of pain or pain treatment or pain referral or pain meds. I have no idea how she came up with that. I got a regular yearly physical and watched her play with her computer. She then gave me a referral for a mammogram because you know every year we ladies have to get one.
