I love Dr Bertsch. She is awesome. I could not recommend a better doctor. She was great when going thru breast cancer. She is very friendly and explains things well. You will not go wrong in choosing her. ????
My experiences with Dr. Bertsch have always been great, from my surgery to the installation and removal of my port, to my follow up appointments. She is very knowledgeable and listens to the patient concerns. Have been under her care for 1 1/2 years now, and I'm glad that she is part of the team of doctors that take care of me.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Bertsch. She is a highly qualified surgeon who gives her patients her uninterrupted attention. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable in her field. Dr . Bertsch is a highly respected surgeon who is passionate about her work. I recommend her to all those in need.
I have seen Dr Bertsch twice now. Once for a skin cancer on my arm and another time for a cyst on my back. Both times I was pleased with my visits to her office. The staff is friendly and professional and so is Dr Bertsch. For both areas that required sutures, you can barely see a scar. Friends of ours at our church have seen her for breast cancer treatment. They absolutely love her and have spoken at breast cancer awareness events with her.
Dr. Bertsch misdignosed my mom’s condition upon her arrival at the ER early am 9/10/18. She told our family in front of my mom that she had a 20% chance of surviving the emergency surgery she needed. Dr. Bertsch was not qualified to perform the surgery my mom needed and never should have sent our family and the patient into complete panic mode by making such an uninformed prognosis. My mom was transferred to Prebyterian in CLT for the 6-hr surgery & she is expected to make a complete recovery!!
Dr Bertsch was the surgeon for a ruptured appendix. She recommended waiting 2-3 months before removing the appendix (following a 4 day stay in the hospital receiving antibiotics when the appendix first burst. This was followed by having a drain in place for 10 days to remove fluid). Followed Dr Bertsch's recommendation and ended up having a routine laparoscopic appendectomy. Dr Bertsch was fantastic through it all.
