Dr. Bertsch is friendly, but very much a professional. She and her staff are caring and careful. We came to her on the referral of our oncologist whom we had come to trust a great deal. We had not been misled, Dr. Bertsch is a skilled surgeon who told us exactly what she was going to do, coordinated her surgery with other specialists, and made us feel safe at every turn and followed up. Her staff is top notch.
Went very well - Dr. Bertsch is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. Her patients' welfare is a top priority for her. Would highly recommend her.
Dr. Bertsch is very aware of my needs and is planning treatment for my cancer that is aligned with my concerns. She is a good listener, as well as a wise, intelligent, and knowledgeable doctor. She has an outstanding reputation in the Mooresville area! She inspires me to do what will give me the best outcome for my health. Recently had a small surgical procedure performed by Dr Bertch. Everything, from start to finish was amazing ! Going In To anything surgical is scary and there is always apprehension. Not so with Dr. Bertch and her staff. She is very genuine in her caring, extremely knowledgable and has a quiet calm about her that instills a confidence. I would highly recommend her to anyone having any surgical procedure done ~ P.s. 2 1/2 weeks post-op and my incision is barely visible! Win win!
I have been a patient of Dr. Bertsch on two occasions. Both times (skin cancer lesions removed) she did an excellent job with practically no visible scar. The staff was great in her office as well.
I really like Dr. Bertsch. She is an excellent surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. She cares about each and every one of her patients. She will talk to you in a way that you can understand. If you have questions ask her and she will answer them. She wants you to know what is going on. I am so grateful to Dr Bertsch for the surgery she preformed on me. If I have to have any more surgeries I hope to have Dr Bertsch as my surgeon. Dr Bertsch has a great staff.

Her care and concern is what everyone one hopes for when one is facing a very scarey time. My follow up appts. have been very positive. Her staff is kind and patient and works with you with appt scheduling. I highly recommend going to Dr. Bertsch.
