Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The office was easy to locate. The staff gave me great directions, so I could locate it with no difficulty. It was obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was excellent in appearance, spacious, and comfortable; designed with those waiting in mind. I didn't experience any pain during my visit, and I was very pleased with the Doctor's interactions with me and prescription for me. They have really great customer service here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
