First visit to a dermatologist. The front desk staff and nurse were very pleasant and helpful. I know wait times can sometimes be 10-15 minutes, but I waited for 20+ minutes and Dr. Bussman did not acknowledge the long wait. When Dr. Bussman came in, she did a quick assessment. I assumed she would come back after I got dressed, but instead the nurse returned to answer any questions. It felt like she was running behind and had no time for me.
