I have been a patient of Michelle’s for just over 2years without any complaints. About a month ago, I was charged a “no-show” fee, which was a result of a Zoom issue, not me missing my appointment. I had a little trouble with getting the staff to remove the fee, so I wrote a less than favorable review about the practice before I spoke with Michele, who promptly removed the fee. I didnt receive the link for the zoom call, and called the office numerous times, where I only got voicemail, then they told me I owe them $100 for the missed appointment! I am waiting now to hear back from the office manager, while still being untreated.

My experiences with M. Privette were acceptable until last Monday. As you read this please note that my feelings were hurt by her response, rather than me being angry. I didn’t receive the link for my usual tele-health visit, and even though I believe they sent it, I did not get it. My appointment was at 9 am. I called at 9:01 and left a message that I didn’t have the link, which is what their tele-health directions tell you to do if you have a problem. Nobody responded to my call till 3 pm, and so M. I've seen Michele for two, almost three years now for anxiety/depression. She has done phenomenal work in getting me from a very low place. We got the meds right from the start. I recall my first appointment with her strongly because she understood me without me even having to explain extensively. Sharp, quick, witty, and personable.

I got serotonin syndrome from this prescriber. Their office never called me back again.

Has no idea about the severity of the drugs they prescribe. Obviously under educated.

I was put on a medication I did not need, for something I did not have, that greatly effected my life. It turned out to be a physical problem. Provider never looked for that.

I don't think they know what they're talking about. Every advice they gave me was dangerous, and the diagnosis is wrong. Really fast to whip out the bipolar diagnosis for someone who has never had mania or depression.

Easy to schedule appointments. I wouldn't say administrative staff is nice but they are respectful. Two issues: billing office wasn't billing correctly and one day I got a phone call that I owed over 200 dollars and couldn't schedule unless I paid. The other issue is with Prive the herself. After explaining why I needed FMLA papers signed (needed them to be able to go to her visits and therapy at the same office) she refused to help and now I have to stop therapy. Sad and unprofessional.
