I was told upon making my appointment that my insurance , tri-care prime was accepted, again at the date of the appointment I was told the same. About a week after my appointment I recieved a bill in the mail, stating that I owed them for the visit. When I called the office, and spoke with kathy, I was then told that they only except tricare standard, and that I must have heard them incorrectly.
