Michele is amazing! She sold a house for my husband and I in record time. She only had to hold two open houses and within the eight days we had more than enough offers. This was a rental home for us and it had the potential to be a super stressful situation. Instead she was able to make it a smooth transition with escrow, the other realtor, and the buyers. We met Michelle at one of the neighborhood yard sales that she had worked very had to put together for all of us. We really liked the fact that she knows the neighborhood well and almost everyone in it. When it was time to sell our home we wanted her to sell it for us.
