Michelle is the BEST!!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! My husband is a broker, but I knew when we started to look in the long beach area, Michelle was the only one to call. She knows so much about long beach, and is a pleasure to be around. She ended up finding our house, and we will always remember house buying as a great experience.

Michele K. was the Best. She guided us through the process of preparing our house for Market. Everyone of her suggestions was spot on. When we were done the House looked great. It only took one Open House and 5 days to sell it at Full Price. She knows everything about this area. During Escrow she kept us updated with everything that was going on. When it came time to sell my house on Chatwin, there was only one choice - Michele K. Not only is she very familiar with the local area and policies, she is also a pleasure to work with like a friend would be. When it came to pricing our house, I appreciated two things - her quick delivery of local comps and recent pricing trends, but also her willingness to listen to why I thought a certain price would be acceptable by the market.
