I went to Michelle Coulter Salon for 5+ years and my stylist was Karli. She was awesome! She recently moved out of state and they sent me to another stylist within the salon. Not only was the price of the same service 55% more, she over-processed my hair and 2 weeks later I had an uneven brassy look. I am so dissapointed. I spoke to the lady up front about the price differenence and she said someone would call me. They never did. So much for being a client coming in every 6-7 wks for 5 years :-(.
