wont go back.... yes the office was nice, the dr was too. However, i was told they accepted my insurance and 2 weeks after the apt i get a bill. So i call and i guess they dont take my insurance even though they said they did. So i asked to set up payment plan and they said NO it must be paid in full at once. I wasnt able to do this at that time, so instead of taking partial pament they turned it over to the court!!!! Needless to say i will not be back because they were NOT willing to work with me on payment arrangements.
Kids love it My son has been seeing Dr Michelle for 5 years and loves to go to her office. It is so kid friendly that he begs to go early and I can hardly get him to leave without a bribe. Dr Michelle and her staff are well trained to deal with children you can tell they love what they do.
Awful My son really liked Dr Boyne and he is usually very scared of dentist. However his appointments kept being canceled and then scheduled with a different Dr. Then when we get a date set they call and tell me this outrageous price for a procedure he did not need. Not to mention I had a bill that should not be there. When I told the girl that I could not afford to have it done she said ok well call when you can. So I told her that would not happen seeing as I had insurance and it should not be that much. She did not care a... read more
Love this practice! My son has never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office than he has at Dr. Boyne's office. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Boyne is great with him!
Wont go back I did like the doctor and staff however, when we were told that we would have 2 free cleaning a year of our teeth, we did get billed for it, and I didnt pay it. and they turned us over to collections shortly after we received a bill. They never told us in the office that we would have to pay for this service.
