The fact that I am 36, and I can remember how great of a pediatrician Dr. Jules-Chapman was for me tells you all you need to know. I was randomly driving past Mercy and remembered her. I was trying to find a way to reach out, but I feel like leaving a review is a great way. Im actually a pediatric research nurse now which I thought she would be really interested to know! ☺️
Dr. Jules-Chapman is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She has been my kid’s pediatrician since I had kids. My oldest is 18 now. She knows all my kids names by heart and even though 2 of my 4 girls aren’t her patients anymore she still asks about them every visit. Her service is exceptional and she is just the absolute sweetest doctor. I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician for my girls!!!!
This doctor was very unprofessional and rude. She insulted my child and used explicit language towards my child. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE AND INEXCUSABLE.
