I’ve been seeing dr W for a couple decades now!! She’s very smart, caring, and takes good care of her patients.
The staff is rude and uncaring. No attempts are made to help the patient relax and they don’t seem to take actions to minimize pain. She put me through procedures I later found were unnecessary. Has little to no knowledge about how other health issues affect teeth and gums. Staff was 1/2 hour late coming back from lunch (I had an appointment scheduled after their lunch break) and they didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for my wait. Bad experiences all around. I would have to not recommend Dr. W*******. I had been a patient of hers ever since she took over for my previous dentist(who passed away). I was not particularly impressed with her, but I continued as a patient because I wanted to help a new dentist succeed. However, the practice continually went downhill. Dr. W******* seemed to have staff trouble. Finally, Dr. W*******'s staff could not process one of my insurance covered procedures. Run, don’t walk, away from this practice! Rude staff, unreasonable fees and difficult to deal with! Wish I’d never walked into the practice.

Dr. Wicksall has always gone above and beyond. She is a fantastic dentist. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
