Reached out via contact form, they called me, left a message, and emailed me. I responded to their email. They called me another 1 or 2 times over the next couple days and then sent an email saying they couldn't get a hold of me. I sent a response to that email as well. Both emails were flat out ignored. Edit: I received a follow up email from a representative - I assume due to my review and not the emails I sent - insisting that they require a phone call intake for what amounts to non-reasons.
