Quickness
appointment was quickly scheduled (same day as when i called) and was seen promptly at the office. Diagnosis and treatment was clearly communicated.
This team always spent the time needed to explain my procedures. Even on surgery day they were completely there FOR me! I was not pressed into any surgery I did not want because he listened to my expectations and helped me come to the best scenario for me. They are easy to contact and I only had a long wait one times in the many months I was going and that wait was less than hour. This is a caring wonderful staff!

Dr. Arcand has been dedicated to providing the best care possible for me. He has made sure I understand all options available to me, so we can make an informed decision regarding my treatment. He has also been compassionate regarding personal matters in my life that have been impacted by my shoulder injury. I would recommend him to anyone in need of care for their shoulder(s).
