I have been seeing Dr. Arcand for a number of years for my knees and now my shoulders. It is easy to reach his office to get an appointment and they are generally on time with minimal waiting. Whether I see Dr. Arcand or his PA they are always caring and professional in their treatment.

Dr. Arcand explained the difference between both shoulders, and further explained the choices for treatment. He was not rushing and he's always very kind. That's very important to me. I did Not like the female physician assistant that I saw before Dr. Arcand. She was cocky, had no personality, and told me, 'it doesn't matter if you see Dr. Arcand or not.
