Professional in ever way
I met with Dr. Arcand and was relieved to have answers and a plan of action to take going forward to deal with my shoulder. I was very pleased with my care and the attention to my concerns.

I was well informed about my options and what to expect. I felt very comfortable with the options I choose and look forward to my next visit to determine what direction I should take. Everyone individual that I had contact with was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I would have liked to fill out the stack of paperwork and emailed it before the visit.
Dr. Arcand was a knowledgeable and compassionate physician. He took the time to understand my issue and explain possible remedies. This was my first visit and I feel comfortable with the care and advice I received.
Staff is very courteous. Very efficient.
