Dr. Arcand explained the difference between both shoulders, and further explained the choices for treatment. He was not rushing and he's always very kind. That's very important to me. I did Not like the female physician assistant that I saw before Dr. Arcand. She was cocky, had no personality, and told me, 'it doesn't matter if you see Dr. Arcand or not. The office has a clean comfortable setting . Staff are helpful and kind .
He accommodated my dad who is 83 years old and broke his arm. My dad also has some cognitive challenges at this point in his life. Dr Arcand was able to take this into consideration when operating
Dr Arcand and his staff are very professional and compassionate. Tara is always wonderful on the phone and Savannah is very knowledgeable and competent. I always recommend them.
