Great office staff. Very good with children of all ages (really likes them). Very gentle.
I absolutely adore Dr. Friedrich, Grace, and the rest of the staff. They are so kind and do an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. I moved to Hawaii about a year ago and still go back to Seattle to get my dental check ups because there is no better place to go.
Dr. Friedrich has been my dentist for almost 10 years. He has digital equipment and a patient-friendly office. He has filled and replaced fillings in my teeth, sent me to a top-notch specialist for a root canal, and provided excellent preventive services. His hygienists have always been professional and competent. His staff is caring and efficient. He has family rates, which is helpful, since he is not a preferred provider for my health plan. Dr. Frederich is dedicated to his relationships with his patients and does excellent work. His office is friendly; he is available to treat emergencies at almost any time of day or week and offers off-hour appts. His staff is flexible and competent. He has family rates, which helps a lot. He is my dentist even though he isn't a provider with our insurance.
The best family Dentist in town. I have been a patient since 1997. Cute little Dentist Cottage: Lovely art work on the walls, orginal brick walls and retro cool decor as you would expect on Queen Anne. I also have seen him for 11 years and he does a great job with my daughter who is 13 too. When she fell on a weekend, he met me right away at his office and spent an hour with us checking her out and calming her down. I have had two crowns and the virtual movie glasses are awesome as is the music in the office. Staff is also awesome and all is very clean and cozy but professional.
I've seen Michal for years, he's very good, friendly, efficient with your time, great dentist!
