Dr. Friedrich was great a few years ago - while I had dental insurance. Once I no longer had it, he was curt, rude and obviously did not care ahoot about me or my dental health. Visits were short and rough with nary a greeting or a hello. The epitome of "Slam, Bang, Thank-you, Ma'am" without the thank you. I was over charged and under whelmed.
Dr Friedrich is an outstanding, individual who deeply cares about offering the best care to his patients. He has a first in class education and uses all the latest equipment. He hires hygienists who have many years of experience and clean to exacting standards. He is available by cell personally in dental emergencies. Dr. Friedrich is a very nice guy, great hands, good conversationalist, has great staff and pleasant offices, with latest technology. If money were not an issue, I would go to his office every time.
I feel so comfortable with the choices he selects for my dental health. I have never experienced any pain which in the past I have with other scrape happy dentists who like to pick harshly as well. The staff and Michal are very nice and treat you well like you are a friend as well. Once I had a filling replaced and he was so gentle I did not feel a thing we did not use any numbing stuff or needle just replaced the old filling! I am not sure about cost as I have dental coverag so I have not paid except for my co-pay!
This was my first visit and I was really anxious. Great doctor; very pleasant and works fast. A little bit of a wait since he is the only doctor there, but the staff is very skilled as well. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience. Everyone is very nice, the office is very clean, and the treatment was flawless!
Dr. Friedrich and his staff are excellent----very competent and also warm and friendly. They know how to put people at ease. Convenient location, pleaseant environment, and very reasonable fees.
Dr. Friedrich is wonderful. Very personable and calming and gentle. There are movies that you can watch while he's performing services and he's very sensitive to the needs of a sensitive mouth.
I had been a patient of Dr. Friedrich for several years. I had fillings, root canals, and was ready to move forward with cosmetic work. I had a second opinion when the Dr. recommended a surgical procedure on my gums. I learned that the cosmetic work Dr. Friedrich had planned to do was set up for faliure do to the lack of natural tooth.
