Lease only with eyes wide open... I don't like giving negative reviews. In fact, I almost never do it. I know that sometimes people make mistakes and that doesn't necessarily reflect on the business as a whole. My favorite Toyota dealership – I have bought 3 cars from Toyota of Bellevue. There are several reasons I continue to go back. They have a great inventory and I can always find a car I like. All of the employees there are very nice and helpful; they go out of their way to make sure I am happy. I have always been treated fairly. I like their service department, it is very convenient and they have always done good work. My Toyota’s have been great cars and I will continue to go back to Toyota of Bellevue.
Great experience with the Service Department – I needed to take my Toyota in for an oil change and wasn't sure where to go since I'm new to the area. I looked online and found Michael's Toyota. I was even able to make my appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait at all. I went to sit in the waiting area with a good book and my car was ready in what seemed like no time at all. I was surprised to see that it had been washed too.
