Michaels was absolutely fantastic!!! My hot water heater blew at 11:00pm and I called their hotline. They had a service person at my door the very next morning and replaced my hot water heater in 2 hours. John was a great technician and very professional. I highly recommend Michaels plumbing!!!!!!

WAY OVERPRICED. They ripped me off by charging twice what a normal plumber would have charged. That said, they were professional and fixed my problem. I won’t ever call them again due to them charging me way too much money for such a simple repair and inexpensive part.
We had a leak in our wall by the washing machine and called mid afternoon...Within 35 minutes Jim and his partner were at my house. They were extremely professional and very polite! They figured out the problem immediately and fixed it. We felt that the amount charged was extremely fair and we were very happy that we were not price gouged. They will now be on our speed dial if we ever run into a plumbing issue. I highly recommend!
John was very hard on the upsell. I needed an element/thermostat replaced in a hot water heater. He tried hard to convince me to replace the whole thing. Granted it is 10 years old but should have a lifespan of 10-15 years. Then he looked at a toilet that ran unless you jiggled the handle. Turned out there was a piece of hardware clogging up the works but he worked hard to get me to rebuild the whole thing. Patruck came out and repaired a leak in our main spriinkler line today. He was awesome. It was almost like he was psychic. I told him I didn't think it was the sprinkler cause we have it turned off. But he said that won't stop a leak. He dug a really small spot in the yard and quickly found a joint that was not glued properly and fixed it. Awesome job! Thank you, Patrick!
