I have used Michael's Plumbing for over 20 years. I have always had a prompt response. CAUTION, if you have a clog and have tried to loosen it with Liquid Plumber or Drano, do NOT tell your plumber, as you will pay twice as much! The plumber told me that it calcifies in the pipes and it burns his arms when he is working on it???!! Our hot water heater began to leak (15 years old). I researched and found Michaels Plumbing on the internet, sent an email on Saturday night (Labor Day weekend) and within an hour I received a call asking us how they can help us. I set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon (could have been sooner if I wanted) between noon - 3pm. About 1pm I received a call telling me the tech was on his way. I highly recommend this company..efficient, punctual and pofessional. First time using Micheal's Plumbing very professional and would highly recommend. John M. was very professional and courteous and I will be asking John again.
I've seldom had a better service call experience than I had with John Myers, of Michael's Plumbing. Mr. Myers arrived on time, diagnosed my problem quickly, and had all the materials needed to perform the repair at once. He quoted prices for all parts and labor in advance, and was courteous and thorough. If all Michael's servicemen are this good, I'll never use another plumbing company.
John Spadafora, plumber showed up to perform the requested service.He was personable, knowledgeable and fixed the problem in short order. I was very happy with the results....therefore, I will hire the company (requesting John).

Over the weekend we had a leak under our kitchen sink. I called Monday morning and within a few hours Arsenio arrived and evaluated the problem. We needed a new faucet. We purchased a new one, called Michael's Plumbing to schedule an installation and within 1 1/2 hours Arsenio returned and installed the faucet. We are very appreciative to Michael's for the fast service. We've had Michael's replace other bathroom faucets and repair a leak in the copper piping in the garage area.
