Very professional from start to finish. Worked with Dayana, Ruth and another manager in the office before we had our entire house repiped. They explained the type of service in detail and gave a fair and accurate estimate that never changed. Willy was exceptional at communicating any potential problems and went above and beyond the estimate to even do some minor extra work at no charge. I would like to thank the crew from Michaels Plumbing .Willy Carlos and Victor I had a leak in my wall with major damage they had to re pipe my entire house they did it in one day and even did some repairs that were not part of the leak including installing a showerhead my wife had in the closet. I called this morning for an appointment as we had a leak in our wall and they were able to come out right away. John M showed up with a big smile and was very pleasant to deal with. John listened to us and explained to us our options. I would highly recommend Michael's Plumbing of Central Florida and if you happen to get John M as your service tech it would be a bonus.
