Jim was very professional from the onset. He did come when we needed him most at dinner time last night. He came back this morning the re-pipe the problem area. He also advised us about the importance of re-plumbing the whole house, and gave a quote for future consideration. He finished far earlier than what he originally stated. Excellent job from an excellent person for the job!! Give him TEN stars!!
My husband (90 years old) found a leak at the kitchen sink. I called Michael's Plumbing and they sent John to our home. John is such a pleasant person to deal with. He explained what was wrong and offered a solution. Once he finished the work he asked me to play in the sink for a few minutes to be sure I was happy. He did a great job and he did NOT leave any type of mess for me to clean. If ever needed I would call Michael's again. THANK YOU FOR GRWAT SERVICE
Michael's plumbing is a great company. They will be out go to plumbers. Michael Hall, Angel, Willy, Victor and Mathew did a great job. They re plumbed our house, installed a water softening system and a hybrid water heater! They left the house clean. Thanks for a job well done! We highly recommend this company! Called this company for the first time due to an unexpected leak. Service was EXECLLENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL Work was completed in short time and cleanup was awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!.
They were prompt and very efficient.. they helped solve a problem with my new faucet that would not tighten.. they recommended a new part it arrived and the next few days when it arrived they put it in and had to amend the part to fit!! after that they were having a special on Hot Water heaters which I decided to take advantage of while they were here. they are installing it as I type...
