We loved the food and the service was great. Beth Todd and our US OPen group had a ton of fun here.

Wasn't happy with my meal, too expensive for what you get

Your entree, with several choices of starch or a vegetabl. Many guests go home with a “doggie bag” so our portions are ample. None of that counts of course, if you are not happy with your food. Normally, our servers or me check with our guests to see how their meals is. Once again, we apologize for not learning of thoughts so we fix your meal or find something you would like.

Was extremely disappointed in the house cut filet. Steak was so tough, had to saw at it with steak knife and that was a struggle to get through it. Filet at any other restaurant is so tender you can cut it with a fork, not here. If you enjoy filet, I suggest going someplace else, as this was sub-par. Also, avoid the haystack onion rings, they were extremely greasy and lacking any flavor.

We are very sorry to learn of your disapointing filet. Our filets are almost universally rated excellent. We hand cut all our filets and that allows us to to trim out any muscle fiber that would detract from this tender cut of meat. Did you mention this to your server as we would have gladly remade it or offer to make you something else? Once again we are sorry your experience not satisfactory.
Incredible meal & impeccable service! Enjoyed every bite - we will be back!
