I have been going to Michael's Eye care for Many many years and they are absolutely AMAZING from The Doctor to the optical staff I appreciate everything they do for the patient, However the woman at the reception desk is very rude and nasty , I have overlooked her attitude and continued to come just for the other staff's kindness and care for the patient. After my last visit I WILL Not be coming Back . Possibly some customer service training would be in order. The woman was so nasty I didn't even ask for a receipt.Thank You.... read more
The eye doctor is always absolutely wonderful, professional , knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. I had a great experience with the doctor and would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately, the experience with the receptionist was the complete opposite. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming, and her attitude made an otherwise great appointment uncomfortable. I highly recommend this office 👍🏽👍🏽. The entire staff made my visit today a pleasure. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful when checking me in, and the doctor was wonderful—very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. It's rare to have such a genuinely positive and smooth experience at a medical office, and I truly appreciate their friendly and professional care.
Dr. LaDota is one of the kindest doctors we’ve met. He goes above and beyond for his patients and we’re so grateful to have found an eye doctor who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
