We are new to the area and are SO glad we found Michael’s. They are honest, fast, and provide amazing customer service.
We were just passing through North Bend in our new-to-us 2011 Ford 350 truck on our way home to Minnesota - 1900 miles. My husband picked up some tire stem extensions for the inside dualies, but couldn't figure out how to get them on. When we stopped in to Michael's Auto Center, Michael and Ed made short work of installing them on the spot and sent us on our way. We were able to monitor air pressure and had a safe trip. I couldn’t remove one of my snow chains after it got lodged in a brake line behind my front wheel. I dragged my car (and my stuck snow chain) down from Snoqualmie Pass to Michael’s Auto Center, and in no time at all the problem was solved. Many thanks again!
