I’ve stopped by a few times to have our Honda Civics worked on and we’ve been really happy how fast and easy it is to figure out what’s going wrong and have it fixed up. It’s really great to have a shop near home that we know is going to be approachable and transparent and what’s going on and how we can fix it. They’ve treated us extremely well, and I highly recommend them to anyone near North Bend.
I visited Michael's as I was passing through because I was having a break issue on my truck. He and his staff were the most helpful I've I encountered in years! Give them a try, and that's again for accommodating me and being so friendly!

These guys are awesome!!!! I was stranded with an overheating vehicle hours from home. They got me right in. Had the part waiting when I got there and had me back on the road within the hour. The best customer service I’ve ever had!! Pricing was very reasonable too. Take your vehicle here!! They are right next to a Napa so parts are right there. Can’t say enough good things. My right blinker went out and I was able to purchase the bulb at NAPA and they replaced it at Michael's they were polite, respectful and I was in and out within minutes! Thanks guys!
Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I took my daughter’s car to have some lightbulbs replaced and while her car was being worked on I was offered a ride to do my errands and to be picked one I was done! Once I returned to the shop I was told there would be no charge for the labor. Friendly, kind and efficient.
