So above and beyond any other mechanic experience I have ever had in my life! Our car broke down in North Bend, on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, and Michael made it a priority to get us back on the road. Not only did they open early on a Saturday, they shuttled us to and from hotel and even watched my dog! These guys are the best and I wish I could always give them my business :)
Micheal' auto center was kind and professional they didn't sell me on anything I didn't need. They got my 89 Thunderbird running like brand new again.

service is the best. i came here to get power outlet of my car to be fixed. Micheal was really helpful and friendly. honestly, i have never had good experience when i have to go to auto garage,but this place is different. i will be back if my car need to be fixed
Michael’s Auto center is the best. Our friends broke down on the top of Tiger mountain pulling a horse trailer. The customer service is top notch and they had us back on the road in no time!!! Thanks so much
I phoned in this morning and explained what was going on. He said that he could get me in whenever I could get my car down there. One hour after dropping my car off he phoned and walked me through what was going on. He gave me options for fixing it and walked me through those. It was very important for him to give me estimates for everything. He is also fixing it on time for me to pick up between shifts! I cannot recommendation this shop enough!!!!! Thank you for having an honest and up front auto repair shop.
