I hit a deer and smashed the front of my suburban. We had it towed to Michael's Auto Body as they were a preferred body shop for our insurance. They said they would get to it in 1 week. 2 1/2 weeks later and multiple calls and voice messages we still had no news about our car. Well it was like this. One dark night, a lurking landscape rock insulted my Subaru Outback and sent us home front bumper flapping in the wind. At 3pm on Friday afternoon, the good people at Michael's with clips, skillfully aimed jabs and a magic tool somehow put it all back together again. NO CHARGE. Smiles!
Great place family owned I've known them a lot of years they do awesome work
Have had our car since beginning of August, it is now mid-October, still not done! Every week they tell us it'll be done and it never is. We have to hunt them down for information. Fed up!
Did a complete shit job on my Audi, then got an attitude with me about it. They completely destroyed my rear wiper and wiper motor trying to remove them, looks like they closed the hatch on bits of glass causing a dent and gouges in the paint along the side of the lift gate, and the hatch was full of glass when I went to pickup the car... so they had to take the whole door apart again and clean it while I waited.
