RecommendedI wanted a local shop to replace my windshield as the "big name" guys didn't respond to my questions but spammed me with email coupons. John answered my questions and when I was ready to schedule called me back and set it up for the next day. Although I love in Castle Rock, where the shop is based John drive out to my office in Aurora to do the replacement. Thanks for the great and friendly service!
This outfit needs to be shuttered closed forever. Their front end of estimators are nothing short of hostile and belligerence. When going in for a quote which took 3 weeks to scheduled I asked the estimator if there was other work that could be addressed beyond the scope of the insured damage (damage to out tailgate) the agent instantly accused me of trying to engage in Insurance fraud.... A shout out to Michael's Auto Body and cMc Auto Glass! My Honda CRV needed a rock chip repair while it is in Castle Rock, CO. As I was looking up places to go, Michael's Auto Body popped up and my daughter said "I would take it there. They did some repair work on my Mazda and I was pleased with their service and work" So I called them up and I talked to John Miller who heads up their auto glass repairs. They do very good work and friendly people
Just needed a windshield replacement, made a phone call talked to a human, took the car in and within an hour it was replaced. No leftover trash to clean up, they put the stickers back on from the old one and did an amazing job!!
They have repaired my car after two accidents and did a great job each time. They are courteous and professional and let you know what is going happening every step of the way I highly recommend them
I went in with a small scratch on my vehicle. They fixed it within minutes and I was out the door. They’re great!
