My car was stuck in the hail storm in CO Springs in August 2018. My insurance company recommended Michaels for an estimate. The damage was so extensive, they quoted me 111 man hours and up to 12 weeks without my car. I am a stay at home mom with 5 kids and I drive a minivan! Michael’s Auto Body went to work right away and by 3 weeks out the car was going in for painting! Michaels completed my car in 6 weeks time. They handled everything with the insurance company. Terrible customer service! Don't bring your car here unless you don't mind everyone you talk to having a bad attitude. Once my estimate is done, I'm going to have someone else perform the work.
You will not find a better Auto Body shop ANYWHERE! The quality of workmanship is WORLD CLASS and the Customer Service is fantastic. They even offer loaner cars if you need one and not an old Junker but a really nice car while yours is being worked on. We took our car in on a Friday for Hail Dent removal and the car was ready a day earlier than we were told. FIRST CLASS all the way. My wife and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michaels to anyone needing Auto Body work or Glass replacement!
Amazing service that's hard to find these days. They look out for your wallet and your time. My family will never go anywhere else!
Do not use this shop! After an accident I brought my truck to this shop. BIG mistake. I was told it would take 8 days to repair...22 days later I still don’t have my truck back. Communication is awful...don’t return phone calls or emails. Customer service is horrific. No one cares that works there. I suspect they are committing insurance fraud as they continually ask them additional repair approvals. They straight up lie to you about the status of your vehicle. Do not use this shop for any reason whatsoever!
