He rushes to slice you open and does not xare about you at all. His office is rude in person and nice over the phone. On the phone they told me I’d pay my copay and bill my insurance then in person demanded $250.00. I went in for help and came out worse than when I went in. All him and his office carea about is money.
Despite dealing with being scheduled with the wrong doctor, the prolonged wait time, and being quoted a different price after services were rendered I was calm. Dr. Michael J. Zak eventually came out and was extremely short. Instead of taking the time to listen, he vilified me as I was trying to explain the situation to him. He shut me down and before I could even finish, he walked away. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I found him to be unprofessional and rude.
Dr. Zak was supposed to pull two wisdom teeth and two molars adjacent to the two wisdom teeth. He pulled the wrong side! So my son had six teeth pulled instead of four...they didn't charge for the extra teeth, but in my book, this was gross negligence on Dr. Zak's part. Now he wants my son to pay $800 that the insurance company didn't pay! Outrageous.
