We got connected to him thru our mortgage company we thought he would be attentive but he had poor communication and lack of follow-through. Calls and texts were often not returned, and scheduling showings was difficult. We didn’t feel confident continuing due to the lack of responsiveness. We wouldn't recommend him as a agent completely unprofessional.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Young. He is a true professional and a valuable partner for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Pittsburgh.
