I was very sad when Dr. Xu's office did not take my Humana Insurance without a Co-Pay of $40.00, I asked why because I thought they would accept it with no Co-Pay, after I asked from the beginning,did they take the insurance ?. I was told later that the insurance did not honor the Co-Payment. I spoke to my insurance and was advised to ask the office why, since my insurance has a, 0 Copay.
