Office visit was ok and when I went for tests he did show up. But in hospital he showed that he did NOT know his patient very well.
Finally a Doctor that will sit down and take the time to listen. She explains treatments and options. Might be a slight wait, but you will get as much time as you need when it is your turn.
I would not take my dog to see this man. My sister was admitted through the ER at Riverview with acute coronary episode. She was hurting in her chest with numbness down her left are. She had pain in her back and left shoulder that ran up her neck in her jaw. He came to see her after she was admitted and he sat down and asked her if she had heartburn. She replied occasionally. Dr. Kwan did 6 bypasses on my wife and was amazing. His follow ups were professional and informative to answer all our questions. His staff has been amazing and wonderful to work with!

A great physician, knowledgeable , and caring physician.
Dr. Patel treated my 84 year old Mother during a hospital stay. She was having many issues other than her heart, Dr. Patel went above and beyond to get her help with issues not related to her heart when we were getting no help from other doctors. I can never express the gratitude for him when we were struggling trying to get any help. His office staff were extremely kind and very help.
