Dr. Cater filled in for our pediatrician on a recent visit while our toddler daughter was ill. I have never felt more at ease with a new physician. Dr. Cater was cordial, knowledgeable, and quite thorough. He took time to get a complete picture of my daughter's presenting symptoms, and even though it turned out to be common childhood illness stuff, Dr. Cater made us feel like we mattered.
I love the facility he works at however I did not have a good visit with this specific doctor. My son was involved in a terrible accident and I'm not sure if the doctor was in a bad mood himself or just grumpy but he completely lost touch of his bedside manners and blamed and shamed me as a mother for the accident my infant was involved in when it was nobody's actual fault. I will never schedule an appointment with this doctor again.
Dr. Cater is awesome, he is old school. He trains other docs. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and gives advice if you want it. He has seen my son since day one and sad we switched insurance. Easy to get an appt. short wait.
