As a real estate investor, it's hard finding an agent that knows exactly what I'm looking for. However, Michael knew exactly what type of properties to show me, and didn't waste my time with pointless showings. He was very strategic with the showings and very knowledgeable about the communities in Broward County. It was also very helpful that he has a great understanding of the real estate market and guided me with my numbers. I'm looking forward to using him again to find my next deal! I highly recommend him.

Valiant and Astounding . Mr. Valencia was born to be a realtor. We were looking for a family home from out of state. Mr. Valencia listened to our needs and found the perfect place. We were unable to visit in person, so Mr. Valencia sent us videos of the home. He was very understanding of our concern commiting to house without being there. Friendly, Efficient, and Knowledgeable . Mike was very helpful with my husband and I’s first time home buying experience.
