I always feel like I'm part of the family. The care is thorough. Dr. Woolwine tells me exactly what will happen with each procedure and explains all the options.
I'll admit I'm not faithful when it comes to seeing a dentist. Like everyone else I'm nervous, scared and put it off as long as possible. However, I really enjoyed the experience of Dr. Woolwine and his team, not only did they make me feel comfortable, they are friendly, and very polite. Dr. Woolwine was awesome, he gave me several options to choose from and never pushed me into making a decision. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I'll be coming back to him that's a promise. We (my wife and I) relocated here to Austin 3 years ago and were given Dr. Woolwine's name by a local family member. We started with them shortly thereafter and have been totally satisfied with the service and care that we have received. Dr Woolwine and his staff provide professional, yet warm and personal concern. I had a cleaning done today and my hygienist, Leslie, met and exceeded my expectations for the services provided. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great dentist.
I've been going to Dr. Woolwine ever since we moved to Austin. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have convenient reminders about appointments and you get a great view of Shoal Creek while you're getting a cleaning. :)
I am a patient of many years standing. Today was a filling, caught before it caused any real problems while I was at my cleaning appointment two weeks earlier. Timely care, sensitive to a patient's needs and ever mindful of the patient's usual threshold of pain. Couldn't have asked for better care!
I had resisted for such a long time that a regular cleaning wasn't enough -- deep cleaning was recommended (over an hour) and despite my nervousness, and with the help of a magical topical, I had NO pain and my teeth are gorgeous! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Brava!
