I have went to Dr.Warrick for 4 yrs. He was great in the beginning but I started noticing uneasy things. For one I always seen men coming in and going up to the desk for prescriptions. Not once did I see a woman. Second he started to rush through the procedure and I was not getting any relief. The last visit was the final as I received a cervical injection and I almost didn’t make it to my vehicle. I could not move my neck and by the time I got home I had a full blown migraine.
