I will likely never go to another jeweler in the area again. Every employee has been extremely helpful and kind every single time I’ve come in and Ive always found a friendly conversation. They did watch battery, strap replacements and adjustments on about 8 of the watches I inherited, and gave me great prices. Products and parts are affordable and reasonable.
They are beyond kind, patient and knowledgeable in their field. They specifically help me get the medal I needed as a gift within 24 hours, another 24 hours. After that, it was engraved and ready for pickup. Absolutely incredible service across the board from every single person who works there!
