Derek and his team were fantastic! They were prompt and got me the car I wanted with no hassle. As a busy working mom, I valued the professional and prompt service very much. Highly recommend!
We just bought our first EV thanks to Anthony and Aric. We were impressed with their transparency, honesty and willingness to earn our business. We couldn't be more excited to own our first Cadillac!
I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Derik Walker at Cadillac ,WC! From the very beginning, he is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. Really appreciated the patience, honesty, and excellent customer service throughout the experience, long way to go!!
I had an excellent experience working with Anthony at Cadillac Walnut Creek . He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy. My vehicle was delivered promptly, and the final price was exactly what we agreed on. I appreciated the clear communication and would gladly recommend Anthony to anyone shopping for a Cadillac.
