Working with Michael was such a relief - he really took care of everything. He was extremely supportive and positive about helping me find what I wanted. He's a very fun person to visit apartments with especially when things turn out to be weirder than they seemed haha. He let me be my picky self and take the reigns as I changed my search criteria several times, and having him support the offer and lease agreement took so much load off my move. Thank you Michael!!

We worked with Michael on finding a condo for rent in Toronto. Michael patiently helped us review our options and accommodated our timings for the viewings. While closing, Michael looked after our interests and negotiated on getting some basic installments like window blinds done before move-in. He even helped us with a post-close viewing at the condo just for us to get some measurements for our move. I highly recommend Michael for his care and quality of service.
