Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated the kindness of both the doctor and staff. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I want to comment on the office's inappropriate scheduling practices. A number of patients are being scheduled for the same time and the waiting time in the office is usually 2 hours or more. Moreover, patients are often taken inside in an out-of-order manner that is difficult to understand (really - why the person who came 40-50 minutes later than me is taken before me?) Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes
Their equipment seems to be in fairly good condition. They don't have the newest stuff, but it got the job done. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
