The worst doctor experience ever. I had a 5:45AM appointment and ended up waiting for 2 hours to see a doctor for less than five minutes. The wait was not the worst problem. Doctor prescribed two medications, and there was a problem with on of them. After spending 4 days trying to resolve the issue I got no where, and was told that I have to wait an extra 5 days because the person who deals with prescriptions is not in the office.

make sure you check your insurance and eligibility before you come to the office, because apparently it's not a front desk job! Very unprofessional!

Dr. Shapiro may be a good doctor but his shceduling of patients is HORRIBLE. My first appointmentI was midafternoon and I had to wait almost 3 hours to see the doctor. Trying to avoid the long delays to see the doctor for follow up, I made a 7:30 AM apointment, the office opens at 7:00 AM, I got there about 7:20 AM, and was not taken into the examining room until 8:05 AM and did not actually see the doctor until 8:40 AM, an hour and ten minutes after my appointmen time at 7:30 AM.
