Dr Kendricks and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. I first started going to him after discovering I had several back issues in my lumbar area. He has helped me tremendously. He has made my pain level manageable. Yes sometimes I have waited for over an hour to see him but it is so worth it. He is very compassionate and I have never felt rushed when talking to him. I first visited Dr. Kendrick in 2006 after an automobile accident in 2005. I have to say without a doubt, I have never known a doctor that shows so much compassion and truly wants his patients to heal. I have personally had the opportunity to know his staff too. The office manager, Jim, is the best and everyone from the office staff to the N.P's. have been the most professional and have the sweetest nature. Waited for 2 and a half hours the first visit and did'nt see the Dr. for 30 secounds and he was gone.The worst thing that happened was the meds he changed me to when i went to fill it the pharmasist said i needed a prior apoval to get the 300 tabs,I called and the pharmasist called and 8 days later they have still not called back. I have called 2or3 times with no reply.I have been on pain meds for 15 years for nerve damage that will never get better.So I am not a drug hound looking for more drugs.
